Spray paint is my new best friend
Since we moved Auburn into her new room and have started decorating the baby's room I have discovered the joys and benefits of spray paint. You take a 25 cent picture frame from a garage sale that looked like your great grandmother owned it, spray a little black satin paint on it and in less than 5 minutes you have a fabulous picture frame worthy of your most colorful and treasured print. Silver paint has a similar effect if you are new to this world. I have worked similar miracles on a brass chandalier, a white knick knack bucket, light switch covers, a laundry basket and am going to try it out on a lamp tomorrow. Try it! For four dollars you can have a brand new "whatever"!

Big fan of spray paint too! Allie isn't a huge fan of where I paint though. Ever try fan blades? Can really make a difference there too! Watch those fumes mama!
ReplyDeleteyou painted in the garage one time! Didn't you see that episode of GI Joe where they learned that is bad? No, well it is, paint outside in the grass or driveway rocks!
